PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Slick Rock’s Conical RidgeLine Fire Bowls will add meaning to any residential or commercial outdoor space. Available in 22", 29" and 34" diameters, you are sure to find the perfect fire bowl for your project. With their proprietary superior strength concrete, products made with SRSSC technology will withstand the tests of nature and time. In a drop test, their superior strength concrete surpassed the competition by far with zero percent failure after multiple drops. Slick Rock's fire features are cast with premium concrete to endure elevated temperatures on a daily basis. The 65,000 BTU unit operates with both a standard Propane Tank or Natural Gas hookup. The Horizon is available in 12 colors and can be purchased with a manual lit ignition system or with an All-Weather Electronic Ignition System (AWEIS).
The fire pit comes complete with stainless steel burner plate and burner, lava rock and all hose connections. The naturally occurring volcanic rock creates a stunning contrast to the beautiful flames of any gas fire feature while the lava rock is heat resistant. There is also an option for colored glass rock.
You can also enjoy the convenience of an electronically lit fire pit. Simple on off operation can be controlled by your choice of switch or pool controller with this optional electronic control system:

Manufacturing lead times for SlickRock products may vary depending on which items and what colors. Some products may be in stock, others may require time to manufacture. Lead times to manufacture for Slick Rock products not in stock are typically 2-3 weeks. In some cases a longer lead times may be required due to extenuating circumstances like material shortages. Shipping Policy
GROUND SHIPPING
Ground shipping provides delivery for smaller items using carriers such as FedEx, UPS & USPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. For larger items see freight shipping below.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Freight Shipping is used for larger products that can’t be shipped via common carrier or are too heavy to lift. When products are shipped freight, they come on a pallet or in a shipping crate. The pallet might be plastic wrapped or strapped. We take your purchase seriously and do our best to ship your order in a way that will insure its safe undamaged arrival.
It’s important to note that since freight orders ship on a pallet or in a crate, the truck used to transport your order could be a large semi-truck hauling a large trailer box. These trucks have a hard time navigating through narrow tight roads. That is why Freight orders include curbside delivery only. If you need your order moved somewhere else you can contact the freight company prior to delivery and see if they offer "Inside Delivery" service. This service will take your freight and have it moved into your garage only. Additional charges may apply. The driver must have what he deems is reasonable access to the end of your driveway. On rare occasions, the driver may determine that he cannot access your property line or driveway for your curbside delivery. If this happens you must make arrangements to get your order from the freight company, which at times could mean meeting the driver at a different location. The driver will take your order off the truck for you, but you are responsible for moving the order to where it needs to go on your property. The driver will not offer assistance in this regard, nor is he obligated. If your order exceeds the lift gate size or weight limits, you will need to make arrangements to get your order off of the truck.
The freight company will call you prior to your delivery to schedule the delivery. An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. If you miss your appointment or need to reschedule your delivery, you may be responsible for additional fees incurred. You are responsible for inspecting the freight shipment for damage at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, you need to make a note on the Bill of Lading sheet, "Freight Refused Due To Damage" and have the freight company take the damaged unit with them. DO NOT SIGN FOR ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT. If you find damage during your inspection contact Freedom Fire Pits right away at (888) 978-0554. If you sign for the freight delivery without noting the damage, the freight company is released from liability and the responsibility now falls on you, the customer. So please thoroughly inspect the freight prior to signing for it.
Occasionally, we get notice from our shippers that the delivery address will require additional fees due to accessibility or unusual circumstances. It is impossible for Freedom Fire Pits to anticipate all delivery circumstances at the point of sale. In the event we are notified by the shipper of these types of situations, we will contact you to cover these additional fees. We cannot be held liable for additional fees that go above and beyond our typical shipping parameters.

WARRANTY POLICY
Slick Rock Inc.’s collection of products are warranted against defects in material and quality of workmanship. Slick Rock Inc. products are warranted for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, provided recommended cleaning and maintenance are performed. This warranty includes structural cracking (as defined below) or sealer failure within the stated period. This warranty provides that all materials and equipment furnished under this statement are of good quality and new. The work will be free from defects excluding what is inherent in the nature of the product or permitted in Slick Rock Inc. allowable tolerances (as stated below). Should a defect occur during the specified time frame, Slick Rock Inc. will provide DIY repair materials, repair, reseal or replace the existing product at no cost to the second party based on an evaluation by Slick Rock Inc at its sole discretion. Slick Rock Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs associated with replacing the defective basin. Slick Rock Inc. will coordinate shipping, but the second party will ultimately be responsible for those costs.
This warranty is null and void in the case of neglect or misuse. Warranty is void unless all required paperwork and documents have been signed and approved.
1. It is important that you do not apply tape directly to the basins. This is IMPAIRATIVE; the tape alters the curing process and transfers chemicals to the concrete and will show in the finished product.
2. Slick Rock Inc.’s color charts are a representation of the colors that we offer. Actual colors may vary from the color chart colors. Each basin is a unique product and will take on color differently. There will be different color modeling and uniformity of color between different pieces or within each piece itself. Our artisans work hard to create the color you’ve chosen, but realize that within that palette, color modeling and non-uniformity may occur.
3. Slick Rock products are stained with a vibrant array of (18) water based colors. Our water based stains do not contain caustic ingredients and are used as an environmental alternative to solvent and acid-based stains.
4. Maintenance is the sole responsibility of the second party. For everyday cleaning use Riverbed Concrete General Cleaner (purchase at www.riverbedconcrete.com). Refrain from using acidic cleaners or strippers such as, but not limited to, muratic, sulfamic, or orange concentrate cleaners. Please reference the Care and Maintenance form (online at www.slickrockinc.com) for more information. A. Resealing the concrete may become necessary to protect the product. This should be performed by Slick Rock Inc. or approved concrete professional and will be invoiced separately. B. Slick Rock Inc. is not responsible for sealer failure after the warranty period of one (1) year. In order to keep your concrete basin looking its best, have Slick Rock Inc. reseal on an as needed basis (to be invoiced separately).
5. Concrete basins may develop small, non-structural cracks. There is no guarantee or warranty that our concrete products will not crack. There is an old adage “if it ain’t cracked, it ain’t concrete.” At the end of the day, our products are still made of concrete, no matter how sophisticated. Even if a crack develops, the fibers that are mixed within our concrete are designed to hold the pieces together under “normal” loads in which the product has been designed. We emphasize that the development of a crack normally does not disrupt the performance or structural properties of the concrete basin. A structural crack is defined as a crack that disrupts the structural integrity of the basin, thus causing it to lose its frame. Most often structural cracks go all the way through the concrete, tearing the concrete completely apart and allowing the user to see through the concrete. Alternately, a structural crack could be a crack that is wider than a hairline crack and goes all the way from the top to the bottom on the basin. If you think you might have a structural crack, not caused by negligence, call Slick Rock Inc. for an evaluation. Do not fill with water (w/ exception of soaking tub) or subject to excessive loads.
6. Discoloration and fading may occur over time to our concrete products. Due to the nature of our stains, the elements in which our basins are placed can alter the color. Basins can be re-stained and/or re-sealed by Slick Rock Inc. (to be invoiced separately) to keep them looking new.
7. Slick Rock Inc. is not responsible for any damage that may occur to our basins due to a 3rd party cover. A rubberized, plastic, or non-breathable cover should not be used for Slick Rock products as they could cause the sealer and/or stain to de-laminate.
8. The gloss level of our basins may alter over time. Based on the elements, our basins may lose their original glossy appearance. Re-sealing may be necessary to maintain desired gloss levels.
9. This warranty excludes failures caused by occurrences beyond Slick Rock Inc.’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God or public enemy, acts of war, rebellion or sabotage: fires, floods, explosions, accidents: riots or other acts of workers, whether direct or indirect; or, any other causes whether or not of the same cause or kind as those specifically named above, which are not within the control of the party affected and which, by the exercise of reasonable diligence, said party is unable to prevent or provide against.
10. In consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, Slick Rock Inc. covenants and agrees that it shall perform services rendered in a timely, professional manner, providing quality results set to Slick Rock Inc. standards. Slick Rock Inc. is not liable for color inconsistencies, nor to be held responsible for differences in opinion of color tone and color modeling, or other disagreements and opinions of color. All verbal agreements are void unless otherwise stated in this contract.
11. Slick Rock Inc. is not liable for defects or malfunctions of third party suppliers/manufactures whose products are used in the fabrication/assembly of its products. Slick Rock Inc.is not liable for damages or injury resulting in the mis-use of its products.
Any claim or controversy arising among or between the parties hereto and any claim or controversy arising out of or respecting any matter contained in this Agreement or any difference as to the interpretation of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration in the city of Boerne, Texas by Three (3) arbitrators under the then prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association.
In any arbitration involving this Agreement, the arbitrators shall not make any award which will alter, change, cancel or rescind any provision of the Agreement and their award shall be consistent with the provisions of this Agreement. Any such arbitration must be commenced no later than sixty (60) days from the date such claim or controversy arose. The award of the arbitrators shall be final and binding.
REFUND POLICY
At Freedom Fire Pits, our vendors take pride in their Made-To-Order products. Each item is carefully crafted to meet the specifications provided by our customers. However, we would like to remind our customers that once they start the process of making their purchase, they use resources and materials to create their unique product. As a result, they have a strict no-return policy on Made-To-Order products.
We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing the purchase. By placing the order, the customer acknowledges, understands, and accepts our no-return policy. It is important to note that once the order is in progress, it cannot be canceled or modified.
QUALIFYING RETURNS
At Freedom Fire Pits, we understand that mistakes can happen during the purchasing process. In the event that a customer experiences a qualifying refund, we are committed to working with them to rectify the situation in a timely manner.
In order to be eligible for a qualifying refund, the customer must meet certain requirements. Firstly, they must notify us within 24-48 hours if they wish to cancel or exchange the product. After 24-48 hours, the policy will automatically change to store credit since the product has already started production and materials have been used to start manufacturing the product. A qualifying refund occurs when the customer made a purchasing mistake, and the mistake will be reviewed by our staff as to its eligibility. However, not all errors in purchasing will qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to determine whether a refund qualifies or not.
If a customer is eligible for a qualifying refund, payment will be issued as refund back to their credit card, but they must note that a 3% processing fee will apply. The customer will be responsible for paying this fee.
After 48 hours, any order cancellation request may be approved at the discretion of Freedom Fire Pits. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged on all approved refunds.
We believe that our policy for qualifying refunds is fair and provides our customers with a reliable and efficient way to handle human errors during the purchasing process.
