The Moderno 4 is more than a fire bowl—it’s a focal point of quiet luxury. Designed for clean lines and effortless warmth, this 48-inch handcrafted piece is made from Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GFRC) and finished in your choice of six natural tones. Each unit is uniquely patinaed, ensuring no two are ever exactly alike. Minimalist in design, maximal in impact.

Product Overview

This fire bowl features a sleek 48" diameter and a refined, architectural profile. Its GFRC construction offers durability and a timeless concrete finish that complements any modern outdoor space. With an output of 65,000 BTUs, it provides generous heat for larger lounging areas.

The Moderno 4 can be connected to either a standard propane tank or a hardline natural gas system. It comes standard with manual key valve ignition, and can be upgraded to electronic ignition for one-touch operation and integration with smart controls or pool systems.

Each unit includes a stainless steel cross-burner, natural ¾” lava rock for enhanced flame contrast, and a 10-foot hose for propane setup. Optional fire glass media is available for a contemporary upgrade.

Specifications

The bowl measures 48 inches in diameter and stands 17 inches tall. It has a 40-inch opening, an 18-inch stainless steel burner, and weighs approximately 400 pounds. Finish options include Pewter, Natural, Café, Ebony, Ultra, and Coastal. Propane storage is external only. Both fuel options offer the same performance and heating output.

Delivery and Setup

This item ships via freight with curbside delivery. Because of its size and weight, placement is not included. We recommend hiring a local contractor, landscaping company, or large-item moving service to move the fire bowl to your desired location. If you need assistance coordinating delivery logistics, our team is happy to help.

Installation Requirements

All gas connections should be handled by a licensed plumber. If you’ve selected the electronic ignition system, a licensed electrician will be required to complete the setup safely.
