All Freedom Fire Pits ship curbside via freight due to their weight and construction. You may request garage placement, but it is not guaranteed. For backyard setup, we recommend working with a local landscaping company, contractor, or moving specialist. Contact us if you need help finding one—we're happy to assist.

INSTALLATION NOTES
Gas and electric hookups must be completed by licensed professionals. This ensures safe, code-compliant installation, especially if upgrading to electronic ignition.

LEAD TIME
In-stock finishes typically ship in 1–2 weeks. Custom or made-to-order configurations ship within 6–8 weeks. All Prism Hardscapes products are handcrafted and ship from Stanton, California.

For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Nantucket Island, or Martha’s Vineyard, please contact us for a custom quote. Island deliveries must go through Cape Cod Express, with final delivery arranged by the customer.
