ABOUT "INSIDE DELIVERY" OPTION
When making your fire pit purchase you will need to take into consideration how will you move your fire pit to its permanent location? These fire pits are made of a concrete blend and are very heavy. The delivery freight company will only deliver your crate curbside. If you want your fire pit moved to a permanent location beyond your driveway you will need to purchase an "Inside Delivery Service" also know as "White Glove Delivery". During your fire pit options selection process there is an option to add inside delivery to your purchase.
This service is for your basic movement to the backyard on a level surface no obstacles. You may incur additional charges due to the complexity of your movement needs. It's impossible to gauge the complexity of your move unless we were there to assess the situation. Be sure to ask the delivery team if your move will incur any additional charges.
What this service does not provide is any type of set up, plumbing or electrical hook ups. This will be the responsibility of the purchaser to perform this task either on their own or hire a contractor to perform the work. If you have any questions about this service please contact us for more information before making your selection.
