After that window, your order may already be in production, but we’re happy to explore flexible options like store credit or partial refunds when possible. A small processing fee may apply, and some custom orders may carry a restocking fee.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all fire pit orders over $1,999. Smaller items and accessories ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and larger units arrive via freight with curbside delivery.
